- Create a premium, fashion‑forward experience that still prioritizes speed and conversion.
- Make shopping shades simple (shade finder + swatches).
- Launch “Luxe Bundles,” “Mystery Box,” and “Top Sellers” to boost AOV.
- Integrate UGC, reviews, and an Instagram feed without slowing the site.
Goals
- Clarify categories (Eyes, Face, Brows, Lips) and surface “New In.”
- Reduce clicks to add‑to‑cart with quick add and variant swatches.
- Improve Core Web Vitals and on‑page SEO.
- Grow email capture and repeat purchases.
